WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING TO ALL CUSTOMERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD
We use EMS, DHL, other International Express Couriers or your local postal service to send all the orders we encourage you to list your work address or have someone available at your home to accept the order. If no-one is home to accept the delivery, a card may be left in your letterbox to organize re-delivery of your package.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, or up 48 hours during busy periods such as after a weekend or Public Holiday.
Estimated delivery time is 10-15 working days worldwide from date of full payment. Circumstances beyond our control may cause possible delays.
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, as a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standards. We will happily provide you with a free return, replacement or refund if your product is faulty, incorrect, not as described or damaged.
To return merchandise for a refund or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com and we will refund you immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
